CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens to all of us and I try to be as accommodating as possible. Pamela Bond Skin Fitness is a small business, and scrambling to fill appointments after late cancellations requires time I don’t have, and interferes with my ability to provide service to other clients. I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you will not be able to make it to your session. My cancellation policy is as follows: You will be charged 50% of the cost of service for cancellations in less than 24 hours. The full cost of the service will be charged for same day cancellations. 

 

 All appointments are confirmed via-email and not by phone.

NOT FEELING WELL?

 

Please be aware that if you are sick and are choosing not to cancel because you feel you might be better in time to receive your treatment and then you are not, you will be charged if it is within the 24 hours cancellation time period. We ask that you consider the health of others when making this decision.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

In effort to respect everyone’s busy schedules, including people with treatments after yours, late arrivals can either use the remaining appointment time to enjoy an abbreviated treatment, or reschedule treatments for another day. This is treated as a missed appointment; however,  a  charge is applied.
